The Beginner / Intermediate Surf Package includes:

  • Air-conditioned accommodations
  • Airport transfers from the San Jose airport
  • Five surf lessons led by our nationally ranked staff, usually 2-3 hours and includes board rental, leash during lesson time
  • Instruction of beach and in water
  • For any age or experience level, as long as you can swim
  • Full breakfast & dinner daily
  • A day of rest mid-week with a trip to one of Costa Rica’s beautiful national parks
  • Also includes airport transportation on Saturday, private room, breakfast and dinner daily and guided tour of Manuel Antonio

Beginner / Intermediate Surfer Package

Typical Day*
(Note: illustrative only; actual times change depending on the tides)

8:30am – Full Costa Rican breakfast
10:30am – Surf lesson
2:00pm – Taxi to Jaco (typically around $2-$3) for lunch, shopping, Internet café, etc*
4 - 7:00pm – Leisure time for canopy tours, horseback riding, yoga, massages or watching experienced surfers in evening session
7:30pm – Dinner at one of the local restaurants

* On "rest day" which is typically mid-week, one of our staff will lead you on an informative tour through one of Costa Rica's exotic national parks.  Non-surfers are welcome to join the excursion.
